Tech\/B.E.\/MBA from a recognized\nuniversity or Institute. Preference would be given to those with core\nengineering backgrounds.<\/li><li>Proven ability to drive a group\ntowards a common objective<\/li><li>Good English language skills<\/li><li>Ability to make sensitive\ndecisions<\/li><li>Ability to consistently perform\nunder pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines, all while\nmaintaining a high level of customer satisfaction<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td>\n  <strong>Required Behaviors\/Competencies<\/strong>\n  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Excellent analytical\nproblem-solving skills<\/li><li>Excellent attention to detail and\nfollow-through<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal\ncommunication skills.
